We made this video in the Lake District, Coniston. A great 4 days of mixing with like minded souls. Beth took ages to put this weekend together and along with her husband Matt, sister Fiona and her partner Matt and Joe from the rescue team they staged a fabulous experience of running, tips, food, massage, pilates and of course the odd libation. If you have lost your running mojo and need a boost this is a fab way to reconnect with nature and running.
